About the Event
The G2 Community Youth Foundation’s Clay Shooting Fundraiser is one of our signature annual events. Clay shooting is a fun, competitive, and family-friendly sport that brings people together for a good cause. Whether you’re a seasoned shooter or brand new to the sport, this event is designed to be an exciting day outdoors while directly supporting local youth programs.
The Foundations Mission is to provide children in Pasco County Florida and surrounding areas, with essential items for their overall well-being contributing to successful personal, academic, and athletic lives that will positively impact them today leading to a brighter tomorrow. Our Clay Shooting Fundraiser helps us get closer to achieving our continuous mission, one shot at a time.
Last year, thanks to our incredible sponsors and shooters, we raised over $7,000 to fuel life-changing opportunities for local youth. This year we’re aiming even higher! Help us smash last year’s number this year!
What To Expect at the Event
Date & Location: This Year is our 3rd annual fundraiser and will be Saturday November 22nd 2025 from 8am-12pm @ Tampa Bay Sporting Clays!
Activities: Team Clay shooting competition, raffles & prizes, breakfast, lunch, and networking.
All Skill Levels Welcome: Instructors and safety officers will be on hand, so no experience is required.
Prizes & Recognition: Top teams and shooters will receive awards.
Why Clay Shooting?
Clay shooting fundraisers stand out because they’re more than just another charity event. They bring people outside, out of the usual banquet hall luncheon or golf course, and into an atmosphere that’s exciting, hands-on, and sociable. It’s not about being the best shot in the group (although that helps) it’s more about the teamwork, the laughs, and the shared experience of trying something different together.
That’s what makes this fundraiser special. It’s an event where friends, families, and coworkers can bond, cheer each other on, and build memories while supporting a cause that matters. And for our sponsors, it’s a chance to be front and center, not just on a flyer, but in a real, engaging setting where their support is part of the day’s experience. At the end of it, you walk away not only knowing you had a great time, but knowing every clay broken helps us do more for the youth that needs your support the most.
Sponsorship Opportunities
- Presenting Sponsor: Sponsorship includes: logo on Foundation Website, Event Facebook Page, and Event Registration Page, Event Signage and Advertising materials. Recognition throughout event, opportunity to display banner at event. One 4-person Team Entry, Golf Cart {1 per 4 person team} & Ammo {12 gauge or 20 gauge}, and Lunch per team member.
- Station Sponsor: Sponsorship includes One 4-Person Team, Golf Cart {1 per 4 person team} & Ammo {12 gauge or 20 gauge}, and Lunch per team member. Company Logo on Shooting Station Sign (Sign will be provided), recognition on Social Media and throughout the event.
- Tent Sponsor: Allows vendors to set up a tent and interact with shooters, sponsors and guests. ($50.00 Discount for tent sponsor if team of 4 shooters purchased)
- Raffle Sponsor: Station Sponsor (sign will be provided) supply raffle basket for event.
